The were prompt and courteous. We had just moved into a new (to us) home and the grout on the kitchen floor was dirty and discolored. After being provided with 2 options (full grout replacement or grout repair and professional grout cleaning), I elected to have only grout repair and cleaning performed. However, not all weak/recessed grout was repaired and in less than 3 months I had issues with mold build up. In addition, the grout cleaning was quickly becoming unmanageable. I contacted the Company and requested that they come out to inspect the work and assess why we were not able to maintain clean grout following the professional cleaning and repair. After the assessment, it was determined that the option for grout repair and cleaning should never have been offered, as the old grout was in such poor condition that it needed to be replaced. A fair credit was ultimately applied to the re-grout work given that the initial assessment incorrectly suggested the grout was a candidate for re-pair work. Each service (re-pair and cleaning and re-grout) was performed by two different servicemen, who were respectful and professional. I've only recently had the re-grout work performed, so I can't speak to the longevity of work, but I'm pleased so far

Good communication from provider, however they do not do the work that I need performed (grout install and sealing). As you can see from their email reply below Nutra Care do grout cleaning and sealing. Hi Randy, Thanks for your reply. You've mentioned you need re-grouting, our special is not for re-grouting (as in putting in new grout and or redoing old grout to new), it is only for cleaning the grout and than sealing it. If you are looking for cleaning of the tile & grout than sealing only please let us know, and we will schedule your tile cleaning around the dates you've requested. The grout lines in the shower of our master bathroom, installed in 2005, appeared to be disintegrating. George of the Grout Medic was very responsive to our calls and was able to work in a time to re-grout a section of our upstairs guest bathroom shower where the grout had degraded and was allowing water to leak underneath and onto the ceiling of the main floor. Thanks to a cancellation, George was able to schedule a time within a couple of days for his staff get the work done at our house. The re-grouting took care of the leak problem and the grout used was a perfect match. We had the Grout Medic also re-caulk all the corner vertical lines and around the bases of both of our upstairs showers. We also had the Grout Medic re-caulk around all the bathroom sinks and the kitchen sink. In each case, the old caulk was removed and new silicone caulk was applied. Everything turned out great and made our showers and sinks look fresh and new. Everyone associated with the Grout Medic was professional, responsive and got the work done quickly. The Grout Medic takes pride in it's work and quality and we will use them again when needed

Really enjoyed Mike and Martha... and, more importantly, happy with the work. While there is still some work to be done, the work that has been completed looks great. We have had our share of issues with contractors, so it was nice to have a good experience and up with good work. We definitely recommend their services
